ALLERGY INFO
Unfortunately at this time we can not accommodate any allergies or special dietary request. We do plan to expand into these areas as we grow but at this current time our Products are made in an area that could be exposed to and sometimes include nuts/tree nut, eggs, dairy, chocolate, meat, soy, and wheat/gluten products; etc.
If you may have food allergies or food intolerances to any of the above products above; please Do Not Consume!
WHEN AND HOW TO BOOK
- We suggest getting orders in 4 to 6 weeks in advance
- For orders 150$ or less; payment must be paid in full
- Orders over 150$ require a nonrefundable/nontransferable retainer of 50% of order total
- Final payment is due the FRIDAY 2 weeks prior to event date; if final payment not made order will be canceled with no refund
- At this time, we only accept payments via Cash, Cash app, Apple Pay and Pay Link Invoice.
PAYMENTS
We currently have 3 ways to pay:
1) A Pay Link can be emailed to you.
- Link expires after 24 hours
- There is also a 4% debit/credit processing fee applied
2) Cash payment can be dropped off in person (exact cash only)
3) Cash app payment can be sent to us as well (emailed screenshot of payment must be sent to confirm)
** Please note all payments are nonrefundable.
ORDER PICK UP
When you arrive, please provide the cashier with the name listed on your order form.
If you anticipate a delay, let us know as soon as possible. (Please note: late fees may apply if we are held from servicing other clients. If pick-up extends beyond store hours, your order will need to be picked up on our next business day.)
- please ensure vehicle is cool (ac on)
- always travel with cake flat on floor (NEVER in Seat or Some Ones Lap)
- please go straight home or to event; never leave items in car
CAKE CARE
- pick up and carry cake box from the bottom
- keep cake level at all times, including in transit and refrigeration
- transport cake in an air-conditioned vehicle flat on floor away from loose objects (NEVER in Seat or Some Ones Lap)
- store cake in the box in refrigerator
- keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat
- take cake out of the fridge 1-2 hours before serving; serve at room temperature
- use sturdy cake stand at least an inch larger than cake board
- store left over cake in the refrigerator in an airtight container

However due to the nature of our products we are unable to exchange or refund any products
