WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

ALLERGY INFO

Unfortunately at this time we can not accommodate any allergies or special dietary request. We do plan to expand into these areas as we grow but at this current time our Products are made in an area that could be exposed to and sometimes include nuts/tree nut, eggs, dairy, chocolate, meat, soy, and wheat/gluten products; etc. 
If you may have food allergies or food intolerances to any of the above products above; please Do Not Consume!

WHEN AND HOW TO BOOK

- We suggest getting orders in 4 to 6 weeks in advance
- For orders under 100$ payment must be paid in full
- Orders over 100$ require a nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit of 50% of order total
- Final payment is due the week prior to event date; if final payment not made order will be canceled with no refund
- At this time, we only accept Cash and Cash app payments for our split payment options. Invoices can be emailed but payment must be made in full.

PAYMENTS

We currently have 3 ways to pay:
1) An invoice can be emailed to you, but order must be paid in full upon receipt. (Invoice will be deleted after 24 hours) 
- There is also a 3.5% debit/credit processing fee applied to all invoices
2) Cash payment can be dropped off in person
3) Cash app payment can be sent to us as well (there is a 3$ transaction fee per transaction)

** Please note all payments are nonrefundable.

ORDER PICK UP

- we do Carside pick up, so let us know when you are outside, and we'll bring your order to your vehicle
- please note if you are 30 minutes or later than scheduled pick up time a late fee of 10$ will be charged
- 10$ late fee will occur for every hour you are late after that
- please ensure vehicle is cool (ac on)
- always travel with cake flat on floor (NEVER in Seat or Some Ones Lap)
- please go straight home or to event; never leave items in car

CAKE CARE

- pick up and carry cake box from the bottom
- keep cake level at all times, including in transit and refrigeration
- transport cake vehicle in an air-conditioned vehicle flat on floor away from loose objects (NEVER in Seat or Some Ones Lap)
- store cake in the box in refrigerator
- keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat when not in fridge
- take cake out of the fridge 1-2 hours before serving; serve at room temperature
- use sturdy cake stand at least an inch larger than cake board
- store left over cake in the refrigerator in an airtight container

We strive to ensure all of our customers are happy and satisfied. We are more than happy to correct any mistakes and make changes as needed.
However due to the nature of our products we are unable to exchange or refund any products
All Sales are Final.
